WELCOME to the 2012 CONTEST
Clay Hill Farm’s all-new Green Wedding Giveaway 2012 is accepting NOMINATIONS this year. As in year’s past, we want to celebrate the stories of real people making a difference in the world. Opening up the contest to nominations, we feel we can share the stories and reward couples that are already helping the planet and it's people.
We've opened up the contest so anyone can NOMINATE a couple they know. It is also perfectly acceptable to self-nominate. So, is it a friend, a co-worker, a family member...is it you? Who will be the next Green Wedding Giveaway winner…and how will the world be inspired by their commitment?
This year's GRAND PRIZE is an ALL-INCLUSIVE MAINE SUMMER WEDDING at Clay Hill Farm on July 8th, 2012.
In the three years since Clay Hill Farm’s Green Wedding Giveaway launch in the fall of 2008, our messaging for this amazing project has remained constant. A passion for giving back to couples whose everyday commitment to the Earth, and to each other, makes an inspirational difference, is our mission.
We are all green in some way, so pick your shade and shout it to the world! Explore the parallel between a commitment to each other and a commitment to the Earth. You don’t have to sacrifice your dreams to make a difference in the world!
Individuals committing to each other, the environment and the community… can inspire and empower so many people.
One Commitment CAN Inspire The World!

AMY & DOUGLAS's Message to the 2012 NOMINEES...
"Winning was the most amazing experience of our lives. From the start when we first saw the website through the judging process where we met the other finalist to the final announcement and the wedding itself, everything was just perfectly planned and organized down to the last letter. Clay Hill Farm and all the sponsors made us feel like the most important people in the world. It was just a wonderful experience. The best advice we could give people when entering into this contest is just be honest and be yourself and you will shine".
